A home energy audit is a process that helps you to identify where your home is losing energy and what steps you can take to improve energy efficiency.

The home energy audit level 1 is a basic energy audit but often sufficient for house owner that wants to reduce their energy bills. this audit takes approximately 1,5h on site, it includes:

  • Review of your recent energy bills ( 12 months worth).

  • Review of your home appliances efficiencies and how often they are used.

  • Review of the building shell.

  • Identify key problem areas.

  • Email you a personal report with a priority list of action to improve the energy efficiency and the comfort of the building.

  • Be available to answer any further queries by phone or email

​The home energy audit level 2 is a more detailed energy audit. reviewing your energy consumption like the level 1 audit and analysing your water consumption, a deeper inspection of the building shell and the study of renewable energy system implementation. This level 2 audit takes about 2h and includes:

  • Review of your recent energy bills ( 12 months worth).

  • Review of your water usage.

  • Review of your home appliances efficiencies and how often they are used.

  • energy metering of main appliances ( fridge, washing machine, etc...)

  • Inspection of the ceiling and the floor insulation, if accessible.

  • Identify key problem areas.

  • Study of renewable energy system implementation with payback time.

  • Email you a personal report with a priority list of action to improve the energy efficiency and the comfort of the building.

  • Be available to answer any further queries by phone or email
